Case Studies

Two things we can evidence today: sustained organic growth on a real client site, and search infrastructure shipped at volume. Everything else on this page is a placeholder we'll fill as western client work completes.

We don't publish invented testimonials or borrowed numbers. If a figure appears here, it comes from an account we ran and can walk you through on a call.

Case 01 — Client project

kosakrasa.ru

Sixteen months of white-hat SEO on a site that had plateaued: technical debt cleared first, then content and earned links on a fixed monthly cadence.

Duration16 months

Result×5 traffic
×5×3×2×1 M1M4M7 M10M13M16

The situation

Content had been published for years with no technical foundation underneath it. Pages were indexed inconsistently, the structure buried commercial sections, and rankings had been flat for several quarters.

What we did

  • Cleared technical debt first — crawl budget, indexation, and page speed — before commissioning a single new page.
  • Rebuilt the site structure and internal linking so authority reached commercial pages instead of pooling on the blog.
  • Published to a clustered keyword map on a fixed monthly cadence, and refreshed decaying pages alongside new ones.
  • Earned links only: outreach and placements, at a controlled pace, with no networks involved.

Outcome

Fivefold growth in organic traffic over sixteen months, with no manual actions at any point and no ranking loss through core updates in that period. Growth continued after the technical phase ended, which is the point of doing it in that order.

Case 02 — Engineering capability

Site Factory

Not a client testimonial: proof that our production pipeline runs at volume. 130+ sites shipped across verticals and languages, each through the same standardised stages.

Shipped130+ sites
Per build500 pages
Lead time2–3 weeks
[ 01 ]Brief & data modelPage types and the variables behind them defined before anything is generated.
[ 02 ]Template systemAstro templates per page type with SEO markup built in from the start.
[ 03 ]Content generationAI-routed against the data model, with editorial rules and human review.
[ 04 ]ImageryAutomated generation per page type — no stock repeats across the set.
[ 05 ]Quality gatesDuplicate control, thin-content checks, and crawl validation before launch.
[ 06 ]Deploy & verifyAutomated deploy to Cloudflare, then indexation checks and hand-off.

Why we publish this instead of client numbers

Site Factory is a product we operate, not a single client engagement. The honest claim is about engineering throughput: how many builds the pipeline has produced and how consistently. Attaching someone else's traffic curve to that would be borrowing evidence.

What the volume actually proves

  • The pipeline is repeatable — the same six stages on every build, not a bespoke scramble each time.
  • Quality control scales with volume: duplicate and thin-content gates run before anything is published.
  • Static output on Cloudflare means page count grows without the hosting cost following it.
  • The same engine can be installed inside a client's own stack — that's the Build mode of the product.

Want to see it?

We can walk through live builds on a call, including the parts that didn't work first time. That's more useful than a screenshot of a dashboard you can't verify.

Engagements running now under the WebEmperor brand. We'll publish each one — with the client's permission and their real numbers — once there is enough data to be worth reading.

Why leave these empty rather than fill the page? Because a case study written before the results exist is just copywriting. If you need references now, ask on the call — we can talk through live accounts in detail, including what hasn't worked.
