Who we are
WebEmperor (“we”, “us”) operates webemperor.pro, a white-hat SEO agency site. This page explains what data we collect through the site, how it’s used, and the terms that apply when you use it. Questions about anything here can be sent to hello@webemperor.pro.
Data we collect
The contact form on this site collects your name, email address, and, if you provide them, your website, the service you’re asking about, and your message. That submission is forwarded directly to our team via a private Telegram channel — it is not stored in a database or shared with any third party, and it isn’t used for anything beyond replying to your enquiry.
We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors use the site — pages viewed, general location, device type, and referral source. GA4 sets cookies to do this. We don’t run advertising or retargeting pixels, and we don’t combine analytics data with anything that identifies you personally.
Cookies
The only cookies set on this site come from Google Analytics. You can block or clear them at any time through your browser settings without affecting your ability to use the site.
Third-party services
- Google Analytics — traffic and usage analytics. See Google’s Privacy Policy.
- Google Search Console — search-performance monitoring for this domain; no visitor-level data is shared with it.
- Telegram — used solely to deliver contact-form submissions to our team.
- Cloudflare — our hosting and network provider; it processes requests to serve the site and doesn’t receive form content beyond what’s needed to deliver it.
Your data, your call
You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you or to delete it at any time — email hello@webemperor.pro and we’ll act on it directly, since we don’t keep a database of submissions to search through in the first place.
Terms of use
The content on this site — copy, design, and code — belongs to WebEmperor unless credited otherwise, and isn’t to be reproduced without permission. We publish pricing and case information in good faith but don’t guarantee specific search-ranking outcomes, since no one controls a search engine’s algorithm. External links are provided for reference; we aren’t responsible for the content of sites we don’t operate.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we’ll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you’ve accepted the update.
